We seek to fix the military training, investigation and adjudication systems related to sexual violence, systems that often re-victimize survivors by blaming them while failing to prosecute perpetrators.

A basic-training instructor’s trial on charges of having sex with a young woman stopped abruptly before it even started Wednesday — with the Air Force giving no explanation.
