Survivors United is a group of advocates who are dedicated to serving individuals who have been sexually assaulted by United States military service members. They are there to help educate you on your options, and equip you in various ways to help your voice be heard.They provide resources and peer-to-peer support in an effort to help you move forward after your assault.
Their mission is to:
- empower-survivors of sexual assault perpetrated by military service members through advocacy, resources, and peer-to-peer support.
- educate-society on the impact of military sexual trauma in order to ensure survivors are taken care of and supported by their local community.
- enable-assistance in developing military, federal, state, and local legislative change focused on seeking justice for sexual assault survivors.
