Defense Bill Includes Shaheen Health Care Provision for Women

The defense bill signed by President Barack Obama includes an amendment sponsored by New Hampshire Sen. Jeanne Shaheen that expands health insurance coverage for military women and their dependents who decide to have abortions in cases of rape and incest.
