Editorial: Not Yet – Assault Epidemic Jeopardizes Military Recruitment

The Fayetteville Observer Editorial Board writes:

Is the Defense Department doing all it can to prevent and punish rapists and other sex offenders? Let’s hope not. If there’s no room for improvement and this is as good as it gets, many young Americans of both genders may rethink the idea of military careers.
