Protect Our Defenders Delivers Letters on Capitol Hill

KTVU San Francisco reports:

Victims met with San Mateo Congresswoman Jackie Speier in Washington today asking for help. These four women support the STOP Act, written by Speier, that would set up a new way of investigating violent crimes within the military. Some said they were discharged after they reported the rape and that their attackers were promoted…In support of the STOP Act, the women delivered letters signed by 200 victims.
