[VIDEO] Military Sexual Assault Crimes Response Part 1

Retired senior commanders from the various branches of the U.S. military testified before a federal advisory committee conducting an independent review of the systems for handling cases of adult sexual assault in the military. These witnesses testified on why commanders should be taken out of the chain of command in prosecuting sexual assaults. Major General Rainville, Rear Admiral Evans, and Colonel McHale testified by telephone.
