We seek to fix the military training, investigation and adjudication systems related to sexual violence, systems that often re-victimize survivors by blaming them while failing to prosecute perpetrators.

‘The Invisible War’: How Oscar’s Military Rape Documentary Might Change Everything

Alyssa Rosenberg reports for The Daily Beast on Kirby Dick, director of The Invisible War, an Oscar-nominated documentary on the epidemic of sexual assault in the military:

“I think it could bring people who are pro-military and people who are critical of the military together,” said Kirby. “It’s a dream. But it’s a possibility. This can change.”
