Watch: Jessica Hinves Interview

Protect Our Defenders Advocacy Board member, Jessica Hinves was recently interviewed on the U.S. military rape epidemic by News Channel 3 in Hampton Roads, VA. Jessica attended the recent Congressional Hearing on the Lackland Air Force Base sexual abuse scandal and was asked to stand and be acknowledged during the hearing by Congresswoman Jackie Speier. Rep. Speier spoke of her bravery and courage, along with her military brothers and sisters who attended the hearing.  Last August, Jessica traveled to Washington D.C with Paula Coughlin and others to deliver the Protect Our Defenders petition calling on the HASC to hold a hearing into one of the largest military sexual abuse scandals in history. Jessica is also featured in the Oscar nominated film, The Invisible War.  Click on the image below to watch:
